We are HeetHeet. A brand that creates limited edition collectible toys with legendary artists worldwide. We put love, hard work, and dedication into every piece we create.

Through two seasons of #RabbotZcomp, Heetheet has received so much love and support from artists and fans alike for rabbotz. We have gained countless beautiful designs and enthusiastic friends during the first and second seasons of the competition. Thank you to all those who have supported #rabbotzcomp and helped it go further.

Heetheet is always hopes to support Independent artists who create art toys through #rabbotzcomp. Through rabbotzcomp we have met and built long term relationships with many fascinating artists. In the future, we hope that more designers who are passionate about art toys are able to collaborate with us and launch their own products.

1. PRIZES

All entries that use the RabbotZ design template and are published in social media will be automatically included in the entry. The prize for the #rabbotzcomp included:

1). The HeetHeet team will select a colour scheme from the top ten votes, which will be announced and sold on Kickstarer. The winner will get his/her own design for free. The artist profile page will be added to Heetheet's website.

2). The entries with top 10 voters at #rabbotzcomp will be recieved a RabbotZ Product for FREE. Prizes will be awarded in the form of redemption codes. Winners will need to register at heetheet.com and use the redemption code to redeem the corresponding item.

3). 10 Lucky voters will be randomly selected, and receive a RabbotZ Product for FREE. Prizes will be awarded in the form of redemption codes. Winners will need to register at heetheet.com and use the redemption code to redeem the corresponding item.

The prizes won in this competition are personal and non-transferable, therefore users who win in the competition will not be able to designate another person as the recipient of the same prize. Winners may not, under any circumstances, request changes or modifications to the prize (RabbotZ Blind Box Product), nor may they redeem the prize for cash.

2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The third season of #rabbotzcomp will be divided into two parts

1) the pitching period（April,22, 2021--- May, 21, 2021）
All entrants are required to download all the material required for their entry at heetheet.com and submitting the design before May, 21,2021 via heetheet official business email: support@heetheet.com

2) Voting period （May, 24, 2021---June, 07, 2021）
All entries submitted before May, 21,2021 will be seem as entered into #rabbotzcomp and will appear on the voting page on May, 24, 2021. Vote DAILY to support your favorite artist, you can only vote once a day. If it becomes necessary to postpone, modify, cancel or repeat this promotion for reasons of force majeure, we will notify all participants by the same means as in these terms and conditions and give the same degree of publicity to said modifications.

3. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

The Promotion is intended exclusively for natural persons, 18 years of age and older.

Entrants should ensure that the personal information (Instagram account, personal email address, etc.) and the data they provide are true and valid.

Entrants should ensure that their designs do not contain any violent, offensive, discriminatory or offensive messages, otherwise sheetheet reserves the right to consider their entries as invalid. Entrants should ensure that the design they provide is an original design. Any entry containing infringement or plagiarism（includes the use of registered trademarks, characters, brand logos, etc.) will be considered invalid.

4. PROMOTION RULES

1) Entry method
All entrants are required to registration and download all the material required for their entry at heetheet.com and submitting the design before May, 21, 2021 via heetheet support email: support@heetheet.com

The Company will display all entries that meet the entry criteria on the @rabbotz.official Instagram and #rabbotzcomp design competition voting page on 24, May, 2021 and open for voting.

All entrants should read the rules and conditions of the rabbotzcomp competition carefully and all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the privacy policy. Entrants will be disqualified for any entries or actions that violate the terms and conditions.

2) Prize allocation
The prize will be awarded to persons who have participated in the Promotion and meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

The Company reserves the right not to award the prize if none of the participants meet the requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

3) Communication to winners
The winner's name will be posted in the “rabbotz.official” Instagram account. We will then contact the winner by means of the email provided by the user.

4) Prize delivery
Once a winner of the contest has been chosen, We will contact him/her, within a maximum period of 10 working days from the prize allocation, to collect the necessary data to deliver the prize.
In case there is no answer, the Heetheet team may decide to rescind the prize and not to award it again.
